This is a catalog of our urban observations — a platform to share what we distill from the city that instigates our re-thinking in design. 1 in 12 people in the UK work from home | 1 in 12 people in Australia work from home | in the US, 24% of employed persons do some or all their work from home — Home workers [who work in the midst of domestic clutter] are the fastest growing working population but our current housing stock do not cater for this growth and flexibility. 

Transit Wireless Wifi in select subway stations are letting New Yorkers redefine the residual spaces of the city allowing commuters to co-opt public space for one’s productive use. Connectivity is not only the means by which a New Yorker can work at any time, but also the impetus for one to suddenly take residence and claim space in a middle of a subway tunnel.
